The calculation of administrative deadlines resumes

Resumption of terms:

By Royal Decree published on May 23, 2020, the computation of administrative deadlines, including those of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, will resume from June 1.

Consequently, and in principle, the normal activity of the SPTO will resume from that date. Recall also that the EPO resumes its deadlines on June 2.
